In these uncertain times, Terra Travel would like to reassure all our clients that we are here for you.  Covid19, has without a doubt, been one of the most devastating situations that has affected travel.

If you have booked a holiday through Terra Travel, are due to travel in the near future and your holiday has been cancelled, please don’t worry, you have options.  Most operators are issuing credit vouchers for the full amount you have paid.  These can be used against the cost of any new holiday booked through ourselves, with the same company you had originally booked.  In many cases these can be used, not only for the remainder of 2020, but for all of 2021.

If you have booked a holiday through Terra Travel with a departure later this year, you may be able to change your date of travel to a later date, please call us to check.  A small amendment fee will normally apply. If the price of the new holiday is greater than the original, you pay the difference, if cheaper you get a refund.

Please remember many of the 2021 European holidays are now bookable at Terra Travel.  All fully financially protected with free child places and low deposits readily available.
