You will notice a few changes in place, to keep both our staff and customers safe.
In order to safely adhere to social distancing requirements, we kindly ask that no more than 2 people in your party visit at any one time. We ask that when accompanied by a child, you are responsible for them following social distancing guidelines.
We may at times ask you to wait at the door, and we will call you when it is safe to enter.
On entry, please use the hand sanitizer provided and maintain a 2m distance at all times.
If you would like to pay the balance on your holiday and would prefer not to visit the office, please call us so we can take card payments over the phone.
We kindly ask that if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit our offices. We will be happy to assist by telephone or email.
