IMPORTANT UPDATE RECEIVED FROM JET 2 HOLIDAYS – 7th April 2020 10.00am

“In view of the ongoing uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision to recommence our holidays programme on 17th June 2020. This means that if customers are travelling before this date, unfortunately their holidays will not be operating.”
These will be processed automatically, and a Jet2holidays Refund Credit Note will be issued for the full price of the affected holiday, not including any previous amendment or cancellation charges.
Please note flying is due to commence on 17th June 2020, so if you are due to travel on or after this date, your booking remains unaffected.
You do not need to get in touch with us as these will cancel automatically. A member of the Terra team will be in touch once we have received the cancellations from Jet 2. We are working in order of departure date and we appreciate your patience at this time.
